Aloe cameronii This crazy, fantastic plant with leaves that can turn mostly RED, especially in the cold winter, or when dry have the appearance of a big red Starfish! It’s best contrasted in the landscape with verdant greens, deep purples, or grays and looks beautiful when surrounded by other succulents, or soft, graceful, ornamental grasses. Clumping and clustering, it will grow slowly over time to 3-4 feet across and not much over 2 feet tall. Adding to the attraction are its brilliant, orange blossoms in the winter. Another great “water-wise” choice!
