Interactive Tea Lecture by Spiritea
Michelle Haymoz
An Interactive Lecture about finest Organic Asian Teas: Michelle Haymoz, a native of Switzerland, founder and president of SPIRITEA Swiss and Asian Organic Tea Art and Events, will give an introduction of organic loose-leaf teas - the pure treasures of nature. She explains the differences between green, white, oolong, and black teas and lets the audience literally see, smell, and touch the leaves. The myths about caffeine (and theanine) will be revealed. Insights are given on valuable health benefits, the medicinal approach, and which tea would be most appropriate at what time. Further - easy and practical advice on how to integrate tea as a natural beverage in the daily routine will be shown. And, last but not least, she will offer some of her most delightful teas to taste and will be available to answer questions.
SPIRITEA Swiss & Asian Organic Tea, Art and Events is a California-based corporation, recently founded by the Swiss Michelle Haymoz, whose background is in holistic healing, art and event management. She has traveled the world to find the most delightful organic teas. Although having an affinity for Asia, she was drawn to replant her tree of life in the United States (California), and brought with her a broad understanding of the art of well-being. Here in California, she combines tea cultures of East and West through artful tea-tasting events.
Upon her decision to invest in a well balanced life, she foundeded SPIRITEA, establishing the idea of an accessible platform for tea, art and well-being with emphasis on stimulating and keeping an overall good health. And further, to continuously help people evolve mutual awareness, inner clarity, strength and success, physically, mentally and spiritually - a life in well-being.
Spiritea surprises both aficionados and novices alike with choices of the finest organic teas in the world. It offers over 30 particularly selected organic loose-leaf teas, green and rare white teas, as well as oolong, black and custom blended varieties from five Chinese Provinces; also exquisite herbals from Europe.
Tea is a gift of nature and shall be treated as such. Her lovely gift packaging, elegant and creative tea tasting events and personal customer care express her commitment to tea - the leaf of love and well-being.
All teas among the Spiritea selection are organic; the majority USDA organic certified.
